Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

Director Zeise, I was surprised to hear of the proposed changes to the Prop 65 short form warnings. This will cause considerable extra work in research and implementation of Prop 65 warnings for our small company of 15 - small, but too big to not be bound by these proposed rules. Additionally, since we sell nation-wide, including California, we effectively have to use California's standards for the entire US, so it's important that the pros and cons of any changes are carefully considered. In short, my company respectfully disagrees with the proposed rule and requests that the proposal be withdrawn.
