Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

Director Zeise, I don't really see how these changes benefit consumers. As a longtime California resident, I have never once considered the advice on California's prop 65 warnings, because I have also lived outside of California using the same products and experienced the same lack of adverse side effects that everyone else does. Please, consider the practical benefit to the consumer. I don't know for certain, but I'm guessing a very limited percentage of California's population will notice the change to the prop 65 language, while imposing a large cost on the companies that must affix that warning to their products. That cost will be passed on to the consumers, which will do nothing but restrict economic flow and and increase cost of living while providing virtually no benefit. Arun Coumar
