Hi, What are you doing to prevent predator groups from further destroying small businesses in America? I'm loosing my one-person LLC in New Hampshire because a predator environmental group set out to destroy my business for not displaying the correct labels. You see, I sell my products on Amazon, and because of that, these bounty hunters are now coming after small American businesses with less than 10 employees. The original law indemnified business with less than 10 workers. I cannot afford to fight them, so I'm throwing 4 years of hard work and thousands of hours of building this business to the scavengers. This law makes me guilty until proven innocent, and I can't afford the hundreds of thousands of dollars to prove my innocence. Will these proposed changes bring relief to small company owners like myself who sells on the most prominent retail platform (Amazon)? Or will it empower the predators even further? Proposition 65 is killing American small business while our competitors, the thousands of overseas businesses also selling on Amazon, can not be prosecuted at all.
