Director Zeise, My company has made significant investment to comply with existing Prop65 warnings that only apply to California when we ship worldwide. Changing again with new packaging, tooling, website verbiage is an un-necessary financial burden. The alleged purpose of Prop65 is to protect the public by notifying them of cancer risk, but in many (I dare so most) cases, it fails to do this. With Prop65 warnings on so many products of little to no risk, there is no way for the public to know where the real risks are. I do not think further burdening businesses with more investment in Prop65 warnings will protect health, save lives, or change human behavior. The real fear is not from our product causing cancer, but from over-reaching government that invites frivolous lawsuits. Dirk Starksen
