Director Zeise, Additional Regulations should have a valid and documented reason for instituting costly regulation. Additionally the burden to comply is unfairly weighted to harm small companies. Retooling, reprinting and reprogramming along with destroying all costs from last regulation changes. There must be a reason that is visibly supported. Wasteful regulation should be stopped. And government needs to stop paving these for big companies to grow unchecked by instituting regulations that only harms (and in some cases cripples) small companies . Last, the lawyers who profit from these types of changes again target small companies who can’t afford to defend themselves like the big companies, which is why the trolls target the little fish. We respectfully request this proposed regulation be withdrawn. Michael Ring
