Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

We oppose the amendment to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings on the grounds that the current protocol is sufficient to educate the consumer. In addition, the proposed change would incur significant time and expense (e.g., changing artwork, packaging, managing inventory sell through) to implement diverting resources away from business growth initiatives for little to no apparent value.
