Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

I understand the importance of Prop 65 warnings to get manufactures to eliminate dangerous chemicals in their products but the number of products requiring a warning is out of control! The warning are now so prevalent and many make so little sense that I routinely ignore them. I recently purchased a pair of high quality plastic safety goggles and they had a sticker with a Prop 65 warning! I cannot think of any way for these safety goggles to give me cancer without eating them. So why do they have a warning label? Before expanding the labeling under this proposed new rule, you must consider focusing on products that actually are a risk to our health. Safety goggles are not a risk to my health!
