Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

Let's be honest, 99.9% of consumers do not read the disclosures related to a product they purchase. The longer and more complex the disclaimer the less likely they are to read it. Changes such as those proposed do not serve the needs the people. They add cost to products due to changes in requirements making the cost to consumer higher. They eliminate products from market because it becomes no longer economically beneficial to sell in California. They cause environmental waste becuase the thousands of catalogs, boxes, manuals, etc. that would required to be changed now become garbage. The changes would be most impactful to small businesses who are limited in their ability to implements the required changes. I would advise AGAINST implementing this change.
