Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

Please, do not overburden small businesses. Even companies with 10 employees or less are burdened by these warnings due to indemnification agreements. Please make explicit rules where micro businesses with 10 employees or less are fully exempt, including any retailers they list on online platforms. Short forms allow less of a burden to micro businesses. Please do not increase our costs as we do not have capabilities to see if a product has one of the 900 chemicals listed.
