Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

Prop65 has already caused companies from conducting business with California. Companies look at the cost to revamp their manufacturing process to include Prop65 warning labels versus simply not servicing CA. The fact of the matter is that Prop65 warnings have been placed on just about every item, doors and walls of businesses within CA that it has basically become white noise. Why do we continue to see an egress of businesses and residents from CA? It's laws and amendments like this that burdens our economy and tax paying residents. Shouldn't we be more focused on how to recover from the financial devastation left by COVID, school funding, homeless crisis, mental health, crime, pollution, transportation,.. (shall we keep going?) than stickers on products nobody reads?
