Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

Hi Staff, Our company is in fishing industry. Please don't pass the new Prop 65 labeling requirements because our company just spent 2+ years relabeling over 1 million units. If the new requirements passed, we would need to spend huge amount of money to relabel again! It's both time and money consuming. We believe the current Prop65 label is already very clear and people know the product will have healthy effect on them. Why does the government need to do extra labeling? People are not gonna check how harmful the chemical will be. Most of company already losing money on ocean freight, and lots of stuffs are on back order. It's very hard to do business right now. Please don't increase our burden! Thanks, Yung
