Comment Submissions - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings Short-form Warnings

To the California government, The purpose of the Prop 65 warning is to try to keep the public safe from harmful chemicals. It has turned into a law suit festival instead. The current Prop 65 warnings are sufficient to warn the public. The new proposals are not going to add any additional layer of protection to the public. Primarily, the new Prop 65 proposals are only good for new law suits from aggressive plaintiff lawyers. Thank you, John Crews
