Comment Submissions - Modification to Proposed Amendments to Regulations Clear and Reasonable Warnings, Safe Harbor Methods and Content California Code of Regulations

Hello, the current rules on Prop 65 have allowed unruly law firms to capitalize on original language in this proposition and steal millions of dollars from CA businesses. I believe most businesses try their best to comply. Signage and decals may get torn off (possibly by paid individuals) by said law firms or worse yet, said law firms mail out intent to sue letters without even visiting businesses in hopes of terrifying a business owner into a settlement. I have seen this happen first hand! The current language allows for this extortion and we need a 30 day cure period if a site happens to fall out of compliance. Thanks, Jason Cole
