Comment Submissions - Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee Meeting Scheduled for December 11, 2019, Notice of Availability of Hazard Identification Materials for Cannabis (Marijuana) Smoke and Δ-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)

Since there are at lease some identified toxins present in marijuana, and possibly many more no yet identified, I believe Marijuana qualifies to be included in the umbrella of Proposition 65 warning. Marijuana should be continued to be available, however the same rules should that apply to cigarette smoking should also apply to Marijuana smoking and vaping. Second hand Marijuana smoke and vaping smoke is just as serious to others as second hand cigarette smoke.
