Prop 65 is nothing more than a scam propagated by lawyers to make money. And the politicians that support it, are surely making money themselves. Go search Amazon and find how many companies WILL NOT ship to California, because of this law. You are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the benefit of your citizens, and only enriching law firms, and politicians by further supporting this law. If you honestly believe that a label will positively impact anyone, then you are beyond naïve. But hey, why are people and businesses leaving your state. Because of the greed (and ignorance) of it's politicians. Keep instituting laws such as Prop. 65 and watch the further decline of your state. Our company was sued for Prop 65. $5,000 later and miraculously, everyone was happy. That didn't make your water more pure. That didn't make your air cleaner. But it made some law firm some easy money. And further dampened our businesses plans for continuing to do business in your state.
