Notice of Adoption California Code of Regulations Title 17, Public Health Chapter 2, Pesticide Program Sub-Chapter 2, Medical Supervisors
On May 7, 2018, the Office of Administrative Law approved the adoption of a new subsection under Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Chapter 2, Pesticide Program. This action adopts new Subchapter 2, Medical Supervisors, and sections 98201-98203, which define certain terms and establish a procedure for the registration and deregistration of medical supervisors for the California Medical Supervision Program. The regulation will be effective on July 1, 2018.
