Extension of Comment Period - Modification to Text of Proposed Regulation Proposed Repeal of Article 6 and Adoption of New Article 6, Proposition 65 Clear and Reasonable Warnings
On March 25, 2016, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment published a Notice of Modification to Proposed Regulation to repeal Article 6 and adopt a new Article 6 in Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations. The publication of the notice opened a public comment period that was scheduled to close on April 11, 2016.
OEHHA has received a request from the California Chamber of Commerce seeking an extension of the comment period.
OEHHA hereby extends the public comment period on this proposed regulation to 5:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2016.
