Notice of Adoption to Text of Regulations Title 27, California Code of Regulations Amendment to Section 25705(b) No Significant Risk Levels (NSRLs) for p-Chloroaniline and p-Chloroaniline Hydrochloride
On February 19, 2010, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking announcing the proposed adoption of the No Significant Risk Levels (NSRLs) for the chemicals p-chloroaniline and p-chloroaniline hydrochloride and amend Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 25705(b) (27 CCR Section 25705(b). A 45 day public comment period was provided commencing from the publication of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on February 19, 2010 until April 5, 2010. The Notice also stated that a public hearing would be held on request. No request for a public hearing was received by OEHHA. No written comments were received by OEHHA. The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the adoption of the NSRLs for p-chloroaniline and p-chloroaniline hydrochloride and the amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 25705(b) on July 13, 2010. The regulation was filed with the Secretary of State on July 13, 2010 and will become effective August 12, 2010. Regarding the Updated Informative Digest, there have been no other changes in the laws related to the proposed regulations or to the effect of the proposed regulations from the laws and effects described in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.
