Extended Comment Period - Proposition 65 Regulatory Update Project Labor Code Mechanism Regulatory Concept
On June 17, 2008, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) held a public workshop for the purpose of gathering public input concerning a Labor Code Mechanism Regulatory Concept which was described in the notice published by OEHHA in the California Regulatory Notice Register on May 16, 2008. Draft regulatory language was attached to the notice.
At the June 17 workshop, OEHHA received a request to extend the comment period for this regulatory concept. OEHHA hereby extends the public comment period for the Labor Code Mechanism Regulatory Concept to close of business on Thursday, July 17, 2008.
