Notice of Modifications to Text of Proposed Regulations Title 22, California Code of Regulations Sections 12201 and 12601

Notice is hereby given that the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has revised the text of the proposed regulations regarding Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Sections 12201 and 12601. The proposed regulations establish amendments to the definitions and the clear and reasonable warning regulations as they apply during situations of emergency or urgent medical and dental care for purposes of compliance with the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65). A public hearing was held on September 10, 2001.

This notice serves to commence a 15-day public comment period on the revised text. If you have any comments regarding the proposed changes, OEHHA will accept written comments between February 11, 2002 and February 27, 2002. In order to be considered, the comments must be received by the OEHHA by 5:00 p.m. on February 27, 2002.
