Notice of Amendment Title 27, California Code of Regulations Proposed Amendment to Section 25903, Appendix A - The Safe Drinking Water And Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65): A Summary
On November 19, 2012, the Office of Administrative Law approved an amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25903, Appendix A. This regulatory amendment updates and clarifies a summary of Proposition 65 that must be included as an attachment to all notices of violation that are served upon violators of Proposition 65.
