Seymour of Sycamore is opposed to changes in the Prop 65 Short Form with the requirement of listing a chemical with the associated Prop 65 Warning. Chemical products should not have to list a chemical with the warning because these types of products are regulated under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act and are required to list health and safety information on the label and on Safety Data Sheets associated with the product.
