Preliminary Agenda for Meeting of the Carcinogen Identification Committee Virtual Meeting

The preliminary agenda for this meeting is given below. The order of items on the agenda is provided for general reference only. The order in which items are taken up by the Committee is subject to change at the discretion of the Committee Chair.

Meeting Registration and Oral Comment Instructions

OEHHA will be using the Zoom Webinar platform for this meeting. You can join the webinar from a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone or Android device using the following link: http://bit.ly/registerCIC2021.

If you wish to provide oral public comments at the meeting, you must register as an attendee at the link above. Public comments are limited to 5 minutes or less per commenter. We highly encourage individuals intending to comment at the meeting to fill out the speaker request form here: http://bit.ly/OEHHACIC2021. If slides will be used during a public comment, please provide the slides at least 24 hours before the meeting by emailing them to p65public.comments@oehha.ca.gov.

We encourage advance registration and request that registered attendees join the webinar at least 5 minutes before the 10:00 am meeting start time. However, registration will not close until the meeting has adjourned.

Note that you do not have to enter your actual name during registration; for example, you could use initials instead. If you do not enter a functioning e-mail address, you will need to save the meeting attendance information that displays after completing the registration form.
