OEHHA’s Prop 65 regulations are overly cumbersome for almost any business, opens them up for more costly litigation, and is simply using the buying power of California to cram down regulations that allow California based lawyers to capitalize on them. Not to mention, by adding every possible chemical and "determining" that almost everything causes cancer, you have caused the general public to simply ignore the warning due to their over use defeating the very idea of the regulations. Again California and its' leftist policies starting out with good intentions and then messing it up to such a point that it is totally useless. If this kind of ridiculous overreach continues, eventually the rest of the country and world will grow weary and simply dump California until they become reasonable again.
