By the same token that Antimony is listed in Group 2A as probably carcinogenic, and therefore added to Prop 65. Then sand on a beach which is composed of silicates such as silica oxide should also be added and warnings placed on beaches that the sand is proven to cause lung cancer and is in fact on the IARC group 2B list. This I imagine will not happen. The same should be taken into account with antimony trioxide. The most important question is, what type of exposure or delivery method would individuals be exposed to this material? It is an important material used for safety in making things flame retardant within an article. There are no conditions outside of the direct mining of the material that any individual would become in contact with the material and at risk of a "probably" carcinogenic material to humans of which is based upon limited evidence and theoretical mechanisms. For these reasons antimony trioxide should not be added to Prop 65.
