On your new CalEnviroScreen 4.0 Hub, can you add a feature so that someone who's interested a particular geographic area can select those census tracts, and then normalize the index scores for the indicators within those census tracts? So the top 25% scoring tracts in that area would be identified relative to the selected geographic area, rather than the entire state.
