Your law allows troll litigators and troll law firms to sue businesses for products that have even a tiny vinyl washer tucked away out of reach and out of sight, and now not even the short form will be sufficient. Why not go all the way and require us to provide a book with the entirety of the prop65 law with each product? I mean, that’s where this is ultimately headed so just get it over with. It’s funny that CA govt agencies are exempt from this law. I’m pretty sure that there are plenty of old run down govt buildings there full of toxic materials. Thanks for trying once again to kill businesses. You people that suck your living off the taxpayers just go ahead and enjoy your fat CA pensions while the rest of us work for a living.
