Thermo Fisher Scientific supports OEHHA's intent to make Prop 65 more effective in protecting human health from environmental exposures to chemicals. However, we have practical concerns regarding accommodations for very small products used solely within workplace environments and redundancy of information on already crowded labels. We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this amendment as attached.
