Notice of Public Comment/Workshops for Draft Air Toxics Hot Spots Risk Assessment Guidelines Part III 1997
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) will conduct two public workshops to solicit public comment and respond to questions on the draft document, Air Toxics Hot Spots Program Risk Assessment Guidelines Part III: Technical Support Document for the Determination of Noncancer Chronic Reference Exposure Levels.
This draft document is part of a series of Risk Assessment Guidelines that are being developed by OEHHA for use in implementing the Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Program mandated by the Air Toxics Hot Spots Information and Assessment Act of 1987, as amended. The draft document will be distributed for public review on October 31, 1997. Printed copies may be obtained for a fee from Copy World, 2154 University Ave., Berkeley, CA 94704. The distribution of the document will commence a 60-day public review period that will end on December 30, 1997. Two regional public workshops will be held on the following dates, times and locations:
