AUTHORITATIVE BODIES TRACKING TABLE

The following table contains information on the status of chemicals considered by OEHHA for addition to the Proposition 65 list under the authoritative bodies mechanism (http://oehha.ca.gov/media/downloads/proposition-65/policy-procedure/ldfig3.pdf).  The table lists the authoritative body, the document or documents providing the basis for the possible listing, the endpoint (toxic effect) relevant to the possible listing, and the next step in the listing process.  OEHHA will update this table on a regular basis.  Please email any questions to OEHHA at P65Public.Comments@oehha.ca.gov, or you may call the OEHHA Proposition 65 Implementation Office at 916-445-6900.
