OEHHA Public Notices: Decisions Pending and Opportunities for Public Participation
This page provides information on issues of the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), press releases, media and health advisories, public meetings/notices, and fact sheets. The Government Modernization, Efficiency, Accountability, and Transparency Act of 2005 requires that State agencies post information on their web sites about public meetings, proposed regulations, and how to comment or otherwise participate.
