Notice of Amendment - Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Amendment to Section 25302, Science Advisory Board and Section 25304, Financial Disclosure
On April 16, 2014, the Office of Administrative Law approved an amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, sections 25302 and 25304. These regulatory amendments clarify the qualifications for appointment to the Carcinogen Identification Committee and Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee, and remove redundant language regarding required financial disclosures.
The amendment was filed with the Secretary of State on April 16, 2014, and will become effective July 1, 2014. The amended regulatory text and the supporting rulemaking documents are available below.
